Satisfaction Guaranty
If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 14 days of receiving your order
we will offer you a full refund.
If the medication has been opened and you are not 100% satisfied we offer you a
50% refund.
Note - In order to qualify for the full or partial refund the package must
returned to us via regular mail and postmarked within the first 14 days.
Shipping Guaranty
We guaranty prompt reliable delivery or will reship for FREE.
If you do not receive your Canadian order within 21 days from the time it was
shipped we will reship for you at our expense.
If you do not receive your Overseas order within 30 days from the time we
shipped we will also reship at our expense.
Please note this policy applies to lost packages only.
Delays due to natural disasters, snowstorms or other unforeseen events will not be eligible for a reship or a refund.
Pricing Guaranty
