If you do not receive your Canadian order within 21 days from the time it was shipped we will reship for you at our expense.
If you do not receive your Overseas order within 30 days from the time we shipped we will also reship at our expense.
Please note this policy applies to lost packages only. Delays due to natural disasters, snowstorms or other unforeseen events will not be eligible for a reship or a refund.
Pricing Guarantee
