Usage

Combivent Respimat is a preventative bronchodilator used to relax muscles in the airways and increase air flow to the lungs. The inhaler is used to prevent bronchospasms with patients who have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and are also using other medication to control the condition. Combivent contains two medications, Ipratropium and Albuterol. Both these medications work by relaxing the muscles around the airways, opening the airways so you can breathe more easily. You should not take Combivent Respimat if you are allergic to Ipratropium/albuterol or if you have any other allergies.
