CanadaPharmacyOnline.com offers the generic Methotrexate from India also called Imutrex manufactured by Cipla and from Canada by a different manufacturer. The brand Rheumatrex is not available at this time. Our customers may also purchase other arthritis medications such as Arava.

Dosage

The generic Rhematrex (Methotrexate) is available in the strength of 2.5 mg, 7.5 mg, and 10 mg tablets.

Usage

Rheumatrex (Methotrexate) is used to treat psoriasis, some cancers, and to treat different types of arthritis. Methotrexate belongs to a group of drugs called antimetabolites. This medication works by suppressing the immune system and slowing the growth of cancer cells. Early treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Methotrexate may help reduce further joint damage and to preserve joint function.
