• Genetic condition such as marfan syndrome;
• Kidney problems;
• Liver problems;
• Myasthenia gravis;
• Peripheral neuropathy;
• Seizure disorder

Tell your doctor about all your medications, including prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, herbal products, and vitamin supplements. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. During pregnancy, Quinolones like Noroxin should be used only when needed. You should discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is unknown if this drug passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding. There may be a drug interaction between Noroxin and other drugs such as bepridil, cisapride, dronedarone, levoketoconazole, mesoridazine, pimozide, piperaquine, and sparfloxacin.
