Product Details
Valisone-G (Betamethasone Valerate – Gentamicin) is a prescription medication that is used to treat skin irritation and itch caused by skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, and seborrhea. This medication works by reducing redness, inflammation, swelling and irritation of the skin.

Side Effects and Precautions
The common side effects may include burning, dryness, irritation, itching, stinging and redness. The serious side effects may include:
• Acne;
• Extreme/unwanted hair growth;
• Skin thinning/discoloration;
• Stretch marks

You should not use Valisone-G if you are allergic to Betamethasone Valerate – Gentamicin or if you have any other allergies. Before you start using this medication, talk to your doctor about your medical conditions and about all the medications you currently take including OTC and herbal medications. This medication should not be used during pregnancy unless it is clearly needed. It is unknown whether this medication passes into breast milk. There may be an interaction between betamethasone and other medications such as itraconazole, natalizumab, pimecrolimus, ritonavir and tacrolimus.
