Q7: How long will it take for my order to be delivered to me?
A: Delivery time from Canada can take from 4-8 business days across the Continental US and Canada and 14-18 business days for International orders.
Q8: Do you only sell Canadian drugs, or do you sell drugs from other countries as well?
A: In addition to dispensing from our affiliated Canadian dispensing pharmacy, we also arrange for your medications to be dispensed from licensed pharmacies and international fulfilment centers that are approved by the regulatory bodies in their respective countries. We affiliate with dispensaries in the following jurisdictions that ship product to our customers: Canada, Mauritius, India, New Zealand, Australia, Turkey, and United Kingdom.
Q9: If my drugs are shipped from countries other than Canada, will I receive Canadian drugs from the dispensaries in these other countries that ship to me?
A: No, Canadian drugs are only shipped from the Canadian dispensary.
Q10: Are generic drugs safe?
A: Yes. Each generic must demonstrate it is equivalent with its brand-name counterpart by showing that it delivers the same amount of active ingredient into a patient's bloodstream in the same amount of time as the brand name drug.
Generic drugs that do so should have the same therapeutic effect and therefore the same benefits and risks as their brand-name counterparts, but at less cost.
Q11: What is the difference between brand name and generic drugs?
A: The biggest difference between most brand name drugs and generic versions is that the brand product costs significantly more.
Brand and generic drugs are therapeutically and chemically equivalent. Generic drugs are required to have the same active ingredient, strength, dosage form, and route of administration as the brand name product. Trademark laws in some countries require the drugs to look different, so the generic version may be a different color, a different shape, have a different taste, or contain inactive ingredients that are different.
Q12: Do I need a prescription to order from your pharmacy?
A: Yes. Like your local pharmacy, you must have a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice medicine and to prescribe medications in the place where you live or sought treatment. The only order Canada Pharmacy Online will process without a prescription are over-the-counter products.
Over-the-counter products are clearly marked "OTC"; however, they do not require a prescription.
Q13: How can I send you my prescription?
A: You can upload your prescription online by creating your account or logging in here, or sending it by your prescription to us by fax, email, or mail.
