ANSWERS
Q1: WHY ARE MEDICATIONS CHEAP IN CANADA?
A: The Canadian government regulates the cost of prescription drugs, keeping
prices low. The Canadian government also allows generic drug companies to
manufacture generic equivalents a lot sooner than in the US. The Canadian
Dollar is weak in comparison to the UK Pound, the Euro and the US Dollar.

Q2: IS CANADA PHARMACY ONLINE A CANADIAN PHARMACY?
A: We are a Canadian company that works with licensed pharmacies. Our services
give you access to licensed pharmacies around the world offering both branded
and generic versions of prescription and non-prescription drugs at affordable
prices.

Q3: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRAND AND GENERIC DRUGS?
A: Brand and generic drugs are chemically and therapeutically the same. They
have the same chemical ingredients and work in the same way as brand name
drugs. Generic drugs are low-cost versions of brand name drugs that are
produced by several manufactures once the patents expire on brand name
versions. The biggest difference between generic and brand drugs is the price.

Q4: WHERE ARE MY MEDICATIONS COMING FROM, AND WHY DO YOUR
MEDICATIONS COME FROM OTHER COUNTRIES?
A: We dispense medications/products from licensed pharmacies that meet the
highest standards of safety and service. Our network ensures that you receive
reliable, safe, and affordable supply for your medications. Internationally,
manufacturers may have different names for the same medications that are
dispensed in the US due to trade laws. However, the active chemical ingredients
and therapeutic actions of the medications are exactly the same. The only real
difference is that the packaging may be slightly changed due to the various
trade names.

Q6: ARE THE MEDICATIONS/PRODUCTS OF THE SAME QUALITY AND FROM
THE SAME MANUFACTURERS AS IN THE UNITED STATES?
A: The products we supply are from Pharma companies that have presence across
the world selling to US. Hence they maintain exceptionally high standards, a
rigorous approval system and very strict requirements for the manufacturing and
sale of brand and generic medications. Many of the drugs sold by these
companies in countries apart from US are the same as those sold in the United
States; manufacturers may use a different name for the exact same drug. In some
cases the drug may even look different but it is the same drug with the same
active ingredient.

Q7: ARE GENERIC DRUGS SAFE?
A: Yes! Generic drugs are just as safe and effective as brand name products
are. Generic drugs available through the above mentioned Pharma companies go
through the same regulatory and approval process brand name and generic drugs
in the United States do.

Q9: WHY IS THERE A SHIPPING CHARGE IF THE MEDICATIONS ARE SENT
OUT THROUGH REGULAR MAIL? ARE THERE OTHER HIDDEN FEES?
A: FedEx will not allow medications to be shipped through their service.
However, United States Postal Service allows medications to be shipped that is
why regular postal service is used and why there is a shipping charge. For
other companies that offer free shipping, the cost of shipping is factored into
their drug prices. There are no hidden charges or membership fees. The only
costs you pay are: the price of your medication (as seen on the website), our
$10 shipping fee.

reason.
Under the pharmaceutical law prescription drugs are not returnable. All sales
