ANSWERS

Q1: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRAND AND GENERIC DRUGS?
A: Brand and generic drugs are chemically and therapeutically the same. They have the same chemical ingredients and work in the same way as brand name drugs. Generic drugs are low-cost versions of brand name drugs that are produced by several manufactures once the patents expire on brand name versions. The biggest difference between generic and brand drugs is the price.

Q2: WHERE ARE MY MEDICATIONS COMING FROM?
A: We dispense medications/products from licensed pharmacies that meet the highest standards of safety and service. Our network ensures that you receive reliable, safe, and affordable supply for your medications. Internationally, manufacturers may have different names for the same medications that are dispensed in the US due to trade laws. However, the active chemical ingredients and therapeutic actions of the medications are exactly the same. The only real difference is that the packaging may be slightly changed due to the various trade names.

Q6: WHY IS THERE A SHIPPING CHARGE IF THE MEDICATIONS ARE SENT OUT THROUGH REGULAR MAIL? ARE THERE OTHER HIDDEN FEES?
A: FedEx will not allow medications to be shipped through their service. However, United States Postal Service allows medications to be shipped that is why regular postal service is used and why there is a shipping charge. For other companies that offer free shipping, the cost of shipping is factored into their drug prices. There are no hidden charges or membership fees. The only costs you pay are: the price of your medication (as seen on the website), our $10 shipping fee.
