Ryaltris (Olopatadine Hydrochloride/Mometasone Furoate) is a prescription nasal spray used to treat allergies and symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis such as runny nose, sneezing, and blocked nose in adults and children above the age of 12 years. The active ingredients in Ryaltris are Olopatadine Hydrochloride and Mometasone Furoate. Mometasone furoate belongs to a class of medication called corticosteroids, and it helps in reducing the inflammation that may occur with allergies. Olopatadine belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines. Antihistamines prevent the effects of substances such as histamine that the body produces as part of an allergic reaction, thereby reducing symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
