Motilium (Domperidone) is one of the most popular prescription medication used for the relief of symptoms of nausea, vomiting, bloating and other stomach discomfort after eating. You should not take Motilium if you are allergic to Domperidone or to any of the ingredients in this medication. Domperidone should be used at the lowest effective dose to a maximum recommended daily dose of 30 mg and for the shortest possible duration.
