Safe Plus (Carbonyl Iron for Children) is an over-the-counter medication used to treat and prevent low blood iron levels in children. Anaemia is a condition in which the blood level is low and may affect the child's growth. Carbonyl Iron belongs to the class of medication called iron supplements.
