It’s 8:00 on a Saturday morning and Debbie is waiting with her dog Ozzie for her husband Benjamin. They are ready to take their daily walk in the park but as usual Benjamin is having problems going to the bathroom. He is feeling irregular and constipated. Debbie is getting impatient, so off she takes Ozzie without her husband. This has been an ongoing problem for Benjamin, having difficult going to the bathroom.
One evening Debbie, Benjamin and their son was to attend a baseball game. Debbie and their son waited impatiently for Benjamin. Again he was having problems going to the bathroom.
It’s Debbie and Benjamin’s fifteen wedding anniversary. They made reservation for a very nice restaurant. Debbie is all dressed and ready to go but Benjamin is no where to be found. Yes, you guessed it, Benjamin is in the bathroom, feeling constipated!
Debbie finally convinced her husband to see a doctor about being constipated and irregular throughout the day. As it turned out Benjamin wasn’t drinking enough water and eating enough fiber. From that day on Benjamin, changed his eating habits consuming more fiber in his diet and drinking plenty of water. He soon felt like a new person and was not late for any event or occasion.
It’s Saturday morning, Debbie was dressed and ready to take Ozzie for his daily walk. Debbie said to her husband “Honey, it’s 8:00 and I am ready to walk Ozzie". Benjamin replied, “ Honey, I am also right on schedule!! I just need to use the bathroom and will join you and Ozzie for a walk. Fiber is great keeps me regular throughout the day. Five minutes later, Benjamin was ready and joined his wife and their pet for a beautiful day out.
