Product Details
Spiriva Respimat (Tiotropium Bromide) is a prescription medication that is used for the treatment of lung diseases such as asthma and COPD. Tiotropium belongs to a class of drugs known as anticholinergics. It works by relaxing the muscles around the airways so that they can open up and you can breathe more easily. Spiriva Respimat should be used regularly to be more effective. Spiriva Respimat does now work right away and it should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems.

Spiriva Side Effects and Precautions
The common side effects may include dizziness or dry mouth. Inform your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects such as:
• Blurred vision;
• Difficulty urinating;
• Eye pain or swelling or redness;
• Vision changes

You should not use Spiriva Respimat if you are allergic to Tiotropium Bromide or if you have any other allergies. Before you start using this medication, talk to your doctor about your medical history and about all the medications you take including OTC and herbal medications. This medication may make you dizzy or cause blurred vision. You should not drive, use machinery or do any activity that requires you to be alert. Limit alcoholic beverages. This medication should not be used during pregnancy unless it is clearly needed. It is unknown if this medication passes into breast milk.
