Beconase hayfever nasal spray contains the active ingredient beclometasone dipropionate, which belongs to the group of drugs called corticosteroids also known as steroids. Corticosteroids are hormones that are produced naturally by the adrenal glands and have many important functions. Beconase Side Effects

The possible side effects include:
• Dryness or irritation in nose or throat;
