It also helps to reduce urine leakage, feelings of needing to urinate immediately, and frequent trips to the bathroom.

Warnings and Interactions

Before using Oxybutynin Chloride, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to any ingredient in the drug or have any other allergies. Gelnique Gel is a gel. Wash your hands and the area of skin you want to treat with mild soap and water before starting treatment. Allow the area to dry completely before applying the drug. Apply the gel from 1 packet to an area of skin on the shoulders/upper arms, abdomen, or thigh as directed by your doctor, usually once daily. Do not apply the gel to open sores, areas with a rash, recently shaved, irritated, or oily skin, or where lotions or powders have been applied. Apply the gel to a different area of skin with each dose. This will decrease skin reactions. Gently rub into your skin until it dries. Do not continue rubbing after the gel has dried. Thus, the drug is for use on your skin only. Avoid getting it into your eyes, ears, nose or mouth. If Gelnique Gel gets into your eyes, rinse with warm water immediately. Wash your hands with soap and water after applying this medication. You can use this medicine before or after applying sunscreen. After applying the gel, wait 1 hour before exercising, bathing, showering, swimming, or getting the application area wet to ensure all the drug is absorbed. Avoid smoking and open flame until the gel has dried. The medicine contains alcohol. This drug can make you drowsy or dizzy. Do not drive or use machinery until you know how the medicine affects you. This medication can cause decreased sweating. Avoid becoming overheated in hot weather, saunas, or during exercise or other strenuous activities since heatstroke may occur.

• Have kidney disease;
• Have liver disease;
• Have myasthenia gravis;
