Allegra is used for the treatment of allergy symptoms, including seasonal and year-round allergies. Allegra is different to Allegra D, as Allegra D contains pseudoephedrine while Allegra does not. The active ingredient in Allegra is Fexofenadine, which is an antihistamine. Antihistamines work by reducing the amount of histamine in the body. Histamine is responsible for allergy symptoms such as itchy or watery eyes, sneezing and runny nose. Allegra is used by many people for the treatment of allergy symptoms due to its effectiveness. We currently have Aventis Allegra (30 mg, 120 mg), Sanofi Aventis (60 mg), and other brand Allegra (180 mg) available over the counter (OCT). Call us at 1-866-920-3784 (toll-free) or email us.
